Clancy Healy | Chief Executive Officer
Clancy Healy is the Database Administrator for Greenwich Country Day School, an independent N-12 school in Connecticut. She works with the Advancement Team to further the mission and resources of the school. Prior to her time at GCDS, Clancy was the Manager of the Annual Fund and Alumni Engagement at Ridgefield Academy. Clancy also serves on a review committee for Impact FFC and earned her bachelor's degree from Providence College in Marketing.
Callahan Healy | Chief Development Officer
Callahan Healy is an Investment Associate at Stormfield Capital, a private credit fund based in Southport, CT. Callahan is responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and underwriting of commercial bridge loans. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University.
Rory Healy | Chief Financial Officer
Rory T. Healy is a Certified Public Accountant working as an Audit Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP as an intern in 2013 and has worked there full time for the past ten years since graduating from Providence College. She serves SEC and private company clients in the Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, and Insurance industry. Rory is responsible for overseeing the various stages of the audit process and is knowledgeable of the various accounting rules and regulations of public and private companies. Rory is a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of United Way of San Diego County. She received her Bachelors in Accountancy from Providence College.
Colleena Healy | Chief Marketing Officer
Colleena Healy is currently a junior at Villanova University. There, she is majoring in both Spanish and Peace and Justice, and plans to attend law school after graduating.
Roisin Healy | Head of Scholar Relations
Roisin works in public health research as a project coordinator and lead at Yale/Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE). Prior to joining CORE, Roisin was the head of research at The Children's Center of Hamden, a private nonprofit child care agency in Connecticut. Roisin earned her BA in Psychological Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
Dane Healy | Corporate Tax Officer
Dane Healy is a Senior Tax Compliance Manager at Medtronics. Dane specializes in indirect tax compliance and oversees the completion of sales/use tax returns, state and local audits, and tax coding for his company. Dane received his Master's degree in Taxation from Bryant University in 2015. He holds his Bachelor's degree from Providence College.
Kevin Sadler | Director
Kevin Sadler is a Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy. Kevin has been on active duty since 2006 serving as a Hospital Corpsman. Currently, he is stationed on the USS Gerald R. Ford in Norfolk, VA. Kevin earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Roger Williams University in 2011 and Master's degree in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University in 2020.
Ken Dolitsky | Director
Ken Dolitsky is an associate attorney with the Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP law firm in San Diego, California. As part of this practice, Ken represents shareholders damaged by corporate wrongdoing, holding some of the world’s largest and most powerful corporations accountable. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law. Ken also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from New York Institute of Technology and his Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.
James Healy | Chairman of the Board
James Healy is CEO of Digital Disbursements and founder of JFH Capital. He previously held leadership roles at Icahn Automotive Group, FastPay, GE Capital, and Ford Motor Company. He is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's Economic Advisory Council, an adjunct professor teaching financial technology (fintech) at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, and a board member of Bingeable Network. James earned his MBA from Georgetown University and his Bachelor's degree from Villanova University.
Lisa Leonard | Director
Lisa C. Leonard has worked as an educator for over 40 years and is currently a teacher and coordinator for the ESL, Family Literacy and Citizenship Preparation classes in the Naugatuck Adult and Continuing Education Program. Lisa holds a Masters Degree from Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wheaton College, MA
Alexis Sansone | Director
Alexis Sansone is a New York based Junior Visual Effects Supervisor, originally from Cheshire, CT. She graduated from Hofstra University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production. Following college, she began working for a Visual Effects studio in New York City, PhospheneFX. While with PhospheneFX, Alexis has worked on several feature films and long form television series for studios such as Warner Brothers, Amazon, HBO, Netflix and Hulu
Ali Healy | Director
Ali Healy graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She spent a year in medical school at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine before pursuing her passion for writing. She moved to New York City and worked as a copywriter for an advertising agency while writing sitcoms and performing standup. After winning a screenwriting contest with a 30 Rock spec script, she moved to Los Angeles and worked for a show runner at NBCUniversal, helping to produce multiple TV comedy pilots. She was a writer on the Amazon Prime show Forever and two Hallmark movies and currently has multiple projects in development.
Timothy Donavon | Director
Tim Donovan serves as President and CEO of Competitive Carriers Association (CCA), the nation’s leading association for competitive wireless providers and stakeholders across the United States. CCA’s members range from small, rural carriers serving fewer than 5,000 customers to regional and nationwide providers serving millions of customers, as well as vendors and suppliers that provide products and services throughout the wireless communications ecosystem. As the highest-ranking executive, Tim leads association advocacy and operations with government entities, press, membership, and the general public. Prior to his current tenure as President and CEO, Tim served as CCA’s Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs. In this role, he led efforts to successfully achieve important policy initiatives and frequently testified before Congress as an expert witness on behalf of CCA. Tim previously worked at the Direct Marketing Association and holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College in English with a minor in Political Science.
Owen Keirnan | Director
Owen J. Kiernan, CFP®, is director of Defined Contribution Investment (DCI) sales for MFS Fund Distributors, Inc., a subsidiary of MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). In this role, he is responsible for the distribution of MFS funds through retirement plans, working with retirement plan advisors in the US mountain west region. Owen joined MFS in 2008 as a retail regional investment consultant. He joined the Defined Contribution Investment Group in 2013 and was named to his current position in 2018. Owen earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Providence College. He holds the Certified Financial Planning designation from the CFP Board of Standards and Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Ryan Boland | Director
Ryan Boland is Chief Executive Officer of the D'Addario Family Office and a partner in DADA Holdings. Previously Ryan was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan having worked in the Investment Bank and Private Bank in New York, London, and Chicago.
Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Villanova University and currently lives in Chicago with his wife, Meghan, and children, Abigail, Madison and Daniel.
Chloe Sigillito | Director
Over the past ten years, Chloe has worked in both education non-profits and college admission. Most recently, she was part of the events team at Facing History & Ourselves, an education non-profit based out of Boston, MA, where she worked to ensure that development events across the country were successful in raising key funding for the organization. Prior to her time at Facing History, Chloe was part of the Undergraduate Admission Office of Fordham University, where she served as the Associate Director for Campus Visitation. Chloe runs a fundraiser each year for the non-profit organization Building Homes for Heroes. Chloe holds an MS degree from Fordham in Nonprofit Leadership, an MA from Boston College in Higher Education Administration, and a BA from Boston College in Human Development and Applied Psychology.
Brenna Gomes | Director
Brenna Gomes is a Social Media Community Manager at Birdy Grey, where she engages proactively with the the brands' digital communities, moderates discussions, supports strategic initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement and leads the brands reputation management on all social channels. Brenna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Suffolk University.
